Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України ,ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.4. Договору №38 від 1.03.2021 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 35454,00 грн. (Тридцять п’ять тисяч чотириста п’ятдесят чотири грн.. 00 коп. ) без ПДВ.
