Note:
Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі товару та суму договору на 26 973,00 грн (двадцять шість тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят три гривні, 00 копійок) без ПДВ, в тому числі – загальний фонд 22 594,80 грн (двадцять дві тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто чотири гривні, 80 копійок), спеціальний фонд 4 378,20 грн (чотири тисячі триста сімдесят вісім гривень, 20 копійок), з урахуванням фактичних видатків замовника та викласти у наступній редакції:
- пункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Вартість Товару та порядок розрахунків» до договору №8-2230 від «18» січня 2022 року
2.1. Вартість Товару становить: 1 800,00 грн (одна тисяча вісімсот гривень, 00 копійок), в тому числі сума загального фонду 1 320,00 грн (одна тисяча триста двадцять гривень 00 копійок) та сума спеціального фонду 480,00 грн (чотириста вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок).
Пункт 10.6. розділу 10. «Інші умови» викласти в наступній редакції:
10.6. Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання і діє до «19» жовтня 2022 року, а у частині розрахунків – до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань.
