Відповідно до Розпорядження голови Онуфріївської районної державної адміністрації Кіровоградської області №86-р від 16.03.2020 року "Про перейменування відділу культури і туризму Онуфріївської районної державної адміністрації" сторони домовилися внести відповідні зміни до договору підряду, враховуючи, що відділ культури і туризму Онуфріївської РДА перейменований у відділ культури, освіти, молоді та спорту Онуфріївської РДА, який є правонаступником у повному обсязі всіх прав та обов'язків.
2. В зв'язку з обставинами непереборної сили (введення в країні карантину) змінилися терміни виконання робіт.
