Сторони домовились продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2022 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 15 500,60 грн. (п'ятнадцять тисяч п’ятсот гривень 60 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ.
