Note:
Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити вартість Договору на 37 200,00 грн. (тридцять сім тисяч двісті гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків початкової суми Договору та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору та Специфікації Додатку №1 до Договору, виклавши їх в наступній редакції: «3.1. Загальна вартість послуг за цим Договором, згідно з специфікацією (додаток 1) становить 223 200,00 грн. (двісті двадцять три тисячі двісті гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.
