Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIIІ (зі змінами та доповненнями), а також згідно з пунктом 12.3.7 розділу 12 "Інші умови" Договору №2/ВТ від 06.02.2019 року, відповідно до яких дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору №2/ВТ від 06.02.2019 року (далі — Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
