На підставі п.7 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.3.1. розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору» та викласти його в такій редакції:
3.1. Ціна цього Договору вартості послуг, наданих Учасником становить 118 494,37 грн. (Сто вісімнадцять тисяч чотириста дев’яносто чотири грн. 37 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ. Ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням Закону України "Про податок на додану вартість".
