Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч.б ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651,653 та
654 Цивільного Кодексу України, положеннями Договору від 18,08, 2020 року (далі-
Договір), Сторони дійшли згода продовжити дію Договору на етрок, достатній для
проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує
20% суми визначеної в Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому
порядку.
2. Сума цієї Додаткової угоди складає 305064.00 грн. (Триста п’ять тисяч шістдесят чотири
грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ
