Внести зміни в п. 2.1. та викласти його в новій редакції:
2.1. За цим Договором Постачальник продає електричну енергію Споживачу для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Споживача, а Споживач оплачує Постачальнику вартість спожитої (купленої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами цього Договору.
Найменування (номенклатура, асортимент) товару (послуги): електрична енергія (ДК 021-2015 - 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія»).
Орієнтовна ціна цього Договору па період 2019 року становить 1 791 707,00 грн. (Один мільйон сімсот дев’яносто одна тисяча сімсот сім гривень, 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ (ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням вимог Податкового Кодексу України).
Обсяг використаної (спожитої) електричної енергії орієнтовно становить до 577182 кВт/год.
Ціна цього Договору є орієнтовною і визначається з врахуванням інших платежів передбачених чинним законодавством до даного Договору і може бути змінена за взаємною згодою Сторін та в порядку передбаченому чинним законодавством.
Сума товару по цьому договору не може бути більшою за 1 791 707,00 грн.
