Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.11.3 Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти №38/К від 31.01.2019р. (далі – Договір) внести зміни до Договору, а саме збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі, за рахунок коштів спеціального фонду на суму 247 374,20 грн. та керуючись п. 11.1 Договору, без зміни істотних умов, внести зміни до Розділу 13 «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» Договору, виклавши його в новій редакції шляхом укладення додаткової угоди №3.
