Note:
Виникла необхідність внести зміни до договору №2020\84-Т від 02.10.2020 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством Укрмедпроектбуд та ТОВ «ДМ-ПРОЕКТ», в зв’язку з ускладнення світової ситуації з постачання пересувних рентгенівських систем, що виникла через сплеск поширення коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19), завод-виробник не встигає виконати вчасно всі розміщенні замовлення, а постачальник не зможе забезпечити постачання Системи рентгенівської діагностичної Accord DR у терміни передбачені Договором.
Тому, прийнято рішення подовжити строк постачання товарів до 31.01.2021 року та можливість здійснення авансового платежу у розмірі 100%, для пришвидшення темпів виготовлення та відвантаження обладнання від виробника, в зв’язку з тим, що обладнання високовартісне та має складний виробничий цикл.

Виникла необхідність внести зміни до договору №2020\84-Т від 02.10.2020 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством "Укрмедпроектбуд" та ТОВ «МЕДГАРАНТ», відповідно до п.10.1 чинних ДСП 6.6.1-116-2005 «Основні санітарні правила забезпечення радіаційної безпеки України» розпочато процедуру отримання погодженого замовлення-заявки на постачання обладнання в рамках договору №2020\84-Т від 02.10.2020 року.
Зважаючи, на те, що запровадження карантину, що викликаний спалахом коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19) на території України, внесло певні корективи у функціонування відповідних установ, а також графік їх роботи та терміни розгляду звернень, наразі, не відомо кінцевої дати погодження заявки. Тому, необхідно подовжити строк постачання товару до 31.03.2021 року.
