Керуючись підпунктом 2 пункту 19 «Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 та згідно з підпунктом 2 пункту 13.7 Договору, на підставі Листа Постачальника № 32 від 06.09.2023 року, у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, яке документально підтверджується довідкою Харківської торгово-промислової палати №867/23 від «31» серпня 2023р. сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну одиниці електричної енергії до рівня 6,24 грн. з ПДВ за 1 кВт/год, Керуючись підпунктом 1 пункту 19 «Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування” затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178, та згідно з підпунктом 1 пункту 13.7 Договору, умови договору можуть змінюватися у разі зменшення обсягів закупівлі, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг споживання електричної енергії на 3815 кВт/год., Після внесення змін загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 2023 рік зменшується на 3815 кВт/год та становить 99590 кВт/год. Після внесення змін загальна сума Договору № 01/2023 від 30.12.2022 р. зменшується на 1,44 грн. та складає: 571835,22 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% 95305,87 грн.
