Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 ( в новій редакції 6 статті 41 ) Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII ( зі змінами),Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про пропродовження строку дії договору достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку 2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі .Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її укладання і діє до 28.02.2021р.

(П'ятдесят дві тисячі сімсот сорок дев'ять грн. 60 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 8791,60 грн.

Reduction of procurement volumes, including taking into account the actual volume of customer's expenses

Згідно ч.1 п.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони домовились про зменшити суму договору закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму закупівлі по договору №214/20-ЕЛ від 16.03.2020 р. на 52 749 грн 60 коп. (П’ятдесят дві тисячі сімсот сорок дев’ять гривень шістдесят копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ – 8 791,60 коп.
Загальна сума даного Договору становить 263 748 грн 00 коп. (Двісті шістдесят три тисячі сімсот сорок вісім гривень).
