Керуючись п.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю послуг (про постачання електричної енергії) № Р06/13-0097 від 24.02.2017 р. на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі електричної енергії на період 2018 року. Відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 ЦК України Сторони домовились, що умови додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до її укладання, а саме з 01.01.2018 року.
