За взаємною згодою сторін, згідно ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" внести зміни до абз. 2 пункту 3.1 Розділу 3 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: Сума бюджетних асигнувань: 2018 рік становить 2 724 793 грн. 68 коп. з ПДВ; 2019 рік становить 2 000 000 гривень 00 коп. з ПДВ; 2020 рік становить 300 000 гивень 00 коп. з ПДВ. Внести зміни до пункту 12.1 Розділу 12 Договору та викласти в новій редакції наступні додатки: "Договірна ціна на 2020 рік - Додаток №2", "Локальний кошторис на виконання робіт на 2020 рік".

Відповідно до Довідки на зміну докошторису на 2020 рік №6395 ввід 21.12.2020 року - внести зміни до абз. 2 3.1 Розділу 3 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції : сума бюджетни асигнувань на :
- 2018 рік - 2 724 793,68 грн з ПДВ;
- 2019 рік - 2 000 000,00 грн з ПДВ;
- 2020 рік - 550 000,00 грн з ПДВ;
Вартість залишку робіт, що підлягають виконанню у 2021 р складає 348405, 32 грн з ПДВ.
Внести зміни до п. 5.1 Роздіу 5 Договору та викласти в наступній редакції - строк виконання робіт до 31.12.2021 року.
Внести зміни до додатку Договірна ціна 2020 та Локальний кошторис на 2020 рік.
