Керуючись п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", абз.2 пп.13.1 п.13 Договору сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми зазначеної в Договорі. Ціна цієї Додаткової угоди становить 84000,00 грн з ПДВ. При цьому загальна вартість Договору становить 420000,00 грн з ПДВ.
