Сторони домовилися про наступне:
1. У зв’язку з допущеною опискою Сторони домовились внести зміни до Специфікації № 1 Додатку №1 до Договору № 350/ОСР від 13.07.2023 року та викласти в новій редакції Специфікація № 2, Додаток № 1 до Договору № 350/ОСР від 13.07.2023
року.
2. Інші умови Договору про закупівлю № 350/ОСР від 13.07.2023 року залишаються
незмінними та обов’язковими до виконання Сторонами.
3. Ця додаткова угода складена українською мовою в двох примірниках, що мають
однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
4. Ця Додаткова угода № / є невід’ємною частиною договору про закупівлю № 350/
ОСР від 13.07.2023 року та набуває чинності з моменту її підписання уповноваженими
представниками сторін та скріплення підписів печатками Сторін.
