На підставі розділу п. 11.7. договору № 86 від 19.01. 2018р. на закупівлю теплової енергії для потреб опалення та п.1 ч.4. ст.. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII в зв’язку з зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника Сторони домовилися:
1. Зменшити обсяги закупівлі та внести зміни до договору № 86 від 19.01. 2018р. п.1.2. викласти в наступній редакції «1.2. Теплова енергія постачається Споживачу в обсязі до 3,8 Гкал на 2018 рік.».
2. Зменшити зобов’язання по договору № 86 від 19.01. 2018р. на суму 344 490,00 грн. ( Триста сорок чотири тисячі чотириста дев’яносто грн. 00 коп.)
3. Внести зміни до договору № 86 від 19.01.2018р. п.3.1. викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору становить: 10 400,00 грн. ( Десять тисяч чотириста грн. 00 коп. ) з ПДВ.).
