Керуючись пунктом 15.6. розділу 15. Договору підряду № 107 від 28.12.2018 по об’єкту: «Реконструкція будівлі Житомирського обласного онкологічного диспансеру за адресою: вул.Фещенка-Чопівського, 24/4 в м. Житомирі з прибудовою» (ДК 021:2015 (CPV) – 45454000-4 Реконструкція), та відповідно до пункту 3 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції, що діяла до 19.04.2020) (далі Закон) (покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі) та пункту 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону (продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі)
