Відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони погодились змінити істотні умови договору про закупівлю щодо зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, виклавши п. 3.1 розділу III «Ціна договору» в наступній редакції : «3.1. Гранична ціна даного Договору становить 144 662,89 грн. ( сто сорок чотири тисячі шістсот шістдесят дві гривні 89 кой.) з ПДВ , у тому числі ПДВ 24 110,48 грн. ( двадцять чотири тисячі сто десять гривень 48 копійок)".

Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 10.2 Договору № 69559/3/2017 від 14.11.2017 Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію цього Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме - до 31.03.2018 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної у Договорі.

Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" у зв’язку з необхідністю проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року та враховуючи Додаткову угоду № 2 до Договору № 69559/3/2017 від 14.11.2017, Сторони погодили обсяг закупівлі у 2018 році в межах 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі на суму 28 932,58 грн., у тому числі ПДВ - 4822,10 грн.
