Тарифи на теплову енергію, встановлюються НКРРКП України та не є предметом узгодження між сторонами цього Договору і може змінюватись протягом дії цього Договору згідно Постанови №95 від 14.01.20 року з 17.01.20 року тариф становить 958,21 грн. за 1 Гкал (без ПДВ)"; "п.1.5. Ціна цього Договору становить: 1 141 014,47 грн. з ПДВ"

2) п.1.5. Ціна цього Договору становить 963 714,47 грн. з ПДВ
