Згідно листа ПАТ "Укрпошта" від 24.10.2017 р. Про наявність марок, із виробництва було знято марки номіналом 0,05 грн., а марки номіналом 0.50 грн. є обмежена кількість лише 9 900 шт. Тому ПАТ "Укрпошта " запропоновано замінити марки номіналом 0.05 грн. та 0,50 грн. - на марки номіналом 0.40 грн. За таких підстав, між ТУ ДСА України в Кіровоградській області та ПАТ "Укрпошта" було укладено додаткову угоду, згідно якої кількість марок зменшилася проте сума залишилася не змінна.

Згідно листа ПАТ "Укрпошта" від 24.10.2017 р. Про наявність марок, із виробництва було знято марки номіналом 0,05 грн. За даних підстав було внесено зміни до Договору № 389-17 від 20.10.2017 р. а саме:зменшено кількість з 237 585 шт. до 223 185 шт. Відтак, ціна договору становить 1 344 480,00 грн.
