Відповідно до листа ТОВ “Чернігівгаз Збут “ №Crz04-СЛ-4922-1117 від 23.11.2017 р. вартість газу природного збільшилась та становить 10344,24 грн. за 1000 куб.м., в т. ч. ПДВ 20%. Відповідно до ч. 2 ст. 12 Закону України “Про ринок природного газу” , п.п 2, п. 4 ст. 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” та п.3.4 , розділу ІІІ Договору №41FBCrz758-17 від 06.09.2017 року необхідно внести зміни до даного договору додатковою угодою.
