Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.2 договору сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та зменшити обсяги закупівлі. В зв'язку з цим обсяг закупівлі зменшиться на 396,4кг і становитиме 5203,6кг, а сума договору зменшиться на 2,10грн і становитиме 44741,90грн в т.ч. ПДВ - 7456.98грн.
