1. Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору від 20 травня 2025 р.. № ДЕ-70/25 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі до 31 січня 2026 року. 2. Відповідно до частини 6 Статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» вартість електричної енергії за Договором збільшити на 20% - 30187,20 гривень. 3. Пункт 5.1. договору викласти в наступній редакції: п. 5.1. Загальна ціна цього Договору становить: становить: 150936 грн 00 коп. (сто п'ятдесят тисяч дев'ятсот тридцять шість гривен 00 копійок) без ПДВ 20 %, крім того ПДВ 20% – 30187 грн 20 коп. (тридцять тисяч сто вісімдесят сім гривен 60 коп.), всього з ПДВ 20% – 181123 грн 20 коп. (сто вісімдесят одна тисяча сто двадцять три гривни 20 копійок)
