Сторони погодили, що для остаточних розрахунків за розрахунковий період листопад 2025 року застосовується середньозважена ціна на електроенергію на ринку «на добу наперед», що оприлюднена на сайті Оператора ринку за результатами торгів в листопаді 2025 року, та становить 6,83049 грн/кВт*год (без ПДВ). Внести зміни до Договору та додатків до Договору, що містять інформацію про ціну за одиницю товару (грн/кВт*год), узгодивши, що Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за фактично спожиту електричну енергію з розрахункового періоду листопад 2025 року за ціною, що становить 9,90031 грн/кВт*год (без ПДВ) або _11,880372 грн/кВт*год (з ПДВ).

3. Відповідно до пп. 1 п. 19 Особливостей Сторони погодили наступні зміни умов Договору: 3.1. Зменшити обсяги споживання електричної енергії за Договором на 387857 кВт*год. та встановити загальне фактичне споживання за Договором 242143кВт*год. 3.2. Зменшити суму Договору на 3057792,26грн. та встановити загальну суму за Договором, що становить 2533477,90грн (два мільйони п’ятсот тридцять три тисячі чотириста сімдесять сім грн.90коп) з ПДВ, 2111231,58 грн.(два мільйони сто одинадцять тисяч двісті тридцять одна грн58коп. без ПДВ, ПДВ 422246,32 грн (чотириста двадцять дві тисячі двісті сорок шість грн..32коп.).
