Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" , п.117 постанови КМУ від 01.08.2005 №668 "Про затвердження Загальних умов укладання та виконання договорів підряду в капітальному будівництві", п.18.4.1 договору підряду та у відповідності до рішення виконавчого комітету Коломийської міської ради від 11.10.2022 року №376 "Про уточнення бюджету Коломийської міської територіальної громади на 2022 рік (09530000000) код бюджету" з метою здійснення фінансування робіт відповідно до бюджетних призначень у 2021-2022 роках про наступне: Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі згідно предмета договору,, внести зміни до Договору №251 від 17.05.2021 року і викласти в нкаступній редакції: Договірну ціну (Додаток до Договору), викласти в редакції, що є додатком 1 до цієї додаткової угоди".
