Сторони погодили внести зміни до п.5.2. Договору та викласти його у новій редакції:
5.2. Договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання представниками Сторін і скріплення печатками і діє до 31.12.2022 року, а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.

У випадку продовження дії правового режиму воєнного стану строк надання послуг та строк дії договору можуть бути продовжені».

У зв’язку з передбаченими бюджетними асигнуваннями на 2023 рік та керуючись Законом України «Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» від 02.05.2023 р. № 3057-ІХ сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в п. 3.1. та п. 5.2. Договору, виклавши їх в новій редакції.
