Note:
У зв’язку з тим, що загальна сума кошторисних асигнувань по цьому Договору на 2018 рік складає 70000000,00 (Сімдесят мільйонів) грн. 00 коп. та відповідно до пункту 10 Договору та плану фінансування (додаток 3 до Договору) подовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2019, внести зміни в пункт 16.1 Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 31.12.2019 року, а у частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.
Строком Договору є час, протягом якого Сторони будуть здійснювати свої права та виконувати свої обов'язки відповідно до Договору»
Всі інші умови вищезазначеного Договору залишаються чинними.
