Керуючись п.4. ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторонни прийшли до спільної згоди продовжити строк дії договору та виконати зобов’язання щодо передавання товару у звязку з виникненням документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі ,Згідно п.8 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору № 20 від 05.02.2019 р., достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку
