Виникла необхідність у внесенні змін до пунктів 4.1. та 5.1. додатку 2 договору про закупівлю електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг № 95/19-П від 31.01.2019 року та викладанні їх у новій редакції відповідно до вимог Постанови КАБІНЕТ МІНІСТРІВ УКРАЇНИ "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" від 23 квітня 2014 р. № 117. В зв'язку з чим тендерним комітетом Замовника було прийнято рішення оприлюднити нову редакцію договору про закупівлю електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг № 95/19-П від 31.01.2019 року в електронній системі закупівель (протокол засідання тендерного комітету відділу освіти, молоді та спорту Божедарівської селищної ради № 3 від 05.02.2019 року).
