Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 155 467,24 грн. та викласти пункт 3.6 Договору у наступній редакції: "3.6 Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 1 582 092,80 грн. (один мільйон п'ятсот вісімдесят дві тисячі дев'яносто дві грн. 80 коп.). 2.Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункти 1.2 та 1.3 Договору у наступній редакції: "1.2 Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу - до 124,742 тис. куб. м.". "1.3 Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях: Січень 124,742 тис. куб. м.
