Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду до Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 076 від 28 січня 2019 р. (далі - Договір) про наступне:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року (в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни, що визначена у Договорі).
2. У 2020 році ціна Договору становить 228439.64 (Двісті двадцять вісім тисяч чотириста тридцять дев'ять грн. 64 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
