1. Керуючись пунктом 10.4. договору N135 від 24.07.2017 року в зв'язку з відсутністю достатнього обсягу видатків на зазначену закупівлю вирішили зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. На підставі зазначеного дійшли згоди пункт 2.1. розділу 2 викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 157070,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ – 26178,00 грн.» 2. Додаток N1 до договору N135 від 24.07.2017р. викласти в новій редакції
