ст.36 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" :зміни умов у зв’язку із продовженням строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
В 2019 році було вибрано товару (бензин А95, ДП) на суму :1 433 298,90 грн., відповідно сума, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі складатиме 286 650,00 грн.
