Додатки №2,3,4 змінити та викласти в редакції цієї додаткової угоди. Пункт 4.1. Договору змінити та викласти в наступній редакції: "4.1. Строк виконання робіт: до 26 грудня 2023 року." Пункт 10.1. Договору змінити та викласти в наступній редакції: "10.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за цим Договором." У зв'язку із зміною реквізитів Замовника розділ 13 Договору викласти в редакції цієї додаткової угоди.
