Пункт 1.1.Постачальник зобовязується передати у власність Споживачу у 2019 році Газове паливо (Природний газ); код ДК 021:2015- 09120000-6 "Газове паливо", а Споживач зобовязується прийняти та оплатити вартість природного газу у розмірах, строках та порядку,що визначені Договором.
Пункт 1.2.Річний плановий обсяг постачання природного газу- до 228000 м3.

Згідно офіційної інформації розміщеної на офіційному сайті НАК "Нафтогаз України" та офіційної інформації торгово-промислової палати у звязку зі зміною ринкової ціни природного газу ресурсу лютого 2019 року ТОВ "Мегагаз Постач" вимушене збільшити ціну на постачання природного газу для споживачів,які не підпадають під дію Положення про покладення спеціальних обовязків на субєктів ринку природного газу.

Взвязку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі зменшити вартість обсягу поставки, згідно за Договором на постачання природного газу для потреб не побутових споживачів №6 від 21.01.2019 року складає 689341,88 грн. (в т.ч.ПДВ -114890.31 грн). Викласти в наступній редакції слідуючі пункти :
1. "1.2. Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу- 71,613 куб.м"
2. "1.3.Січень- липень-
лютий-19,720 серпень-
березень-13,516 вересень-
квітень- 6,177 жовтень-
травень- листопад-15,600
червень- грудень-16,600"
3. "3.2. Ціна газу за 1000 куб.м спожитого природного газу,без урахування тарифів на його транспортування, становить- 9625,93 грн.з урахуванням ПДВ,у тому числі: ціна газу-8021,61 грн.,податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни газу-1604,32 грн.
Зменшити вартість обсягу поставки,згідно Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб не побутових споживачів №6 від 21.01.19р, на суму 1305851,63 грн.(з урахуванням ПДВ-217641,94 грн.)
