Постачальник і Споживач, у зв`язку з неможливістю Постачальником виконати свої зобов’язання передбачені Договором постачання природного газу № 718/21 від 15.04.2021 року, внаслідок значного зростання на ринку природного газу ціни на природний газ, дійшли до взаємної згоди про зменшення обсягів закупівлі природного газу на 40,366372 тис. м.куб. (46,971372 тис. м.куб. - 6,605000 тис. м.куб.) та відповідно зменшення загальної вартості Договору постачання природного газу № 718/21 від 15.04.2021р. на 309 961,39 грн (360 000,00 грн. – 50 038,61 грн.).
