Note:
1. Відповідно до частини 7 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", на підставі статті 20 Закону України "Про теплопостачання" та на підставі листа КП КОР "Бородянкатепловодопостачання" №523 від 14.11.2018 року, Сторони домовилися щодо зміни ціни (тарифу) за одиницю товару. 2. Згідно вищенаведеного змінити п.1.2 та п.4.2 Договору від 13.03.2018 № 79 (далі - Договір), та викласти його в наступній редакції: п.1.2. Кількість товару (послуг, або кількісні характеристики виконуваних за цим Договором робіт): 1000 Гкал. п.4.2. Розрахунки проводяться за встановленими тарифами: 1 Гкал – 1907,66 грн. з ПДВ. 2. Дана Додаткова угода №2 набирає чинності з моменту її підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2018 року.
