Відповідно до вимог ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв’язку з тим, що дія Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, необхідно продовжити строк дії Договору №1 від 08.01.2020 року про надання охоронних послуг за державні кошти, зазначений у пункті 8.1. Договору по 31.01.2021 р.

Відповідно до вимог ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв’язку з тим, що дія Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, було продовжено строк дії Договору №1 від 08.01.2020 року про надання охоронних послуг за державні кошти до 31.01.2021 р. Вартість Додаткової угоди складає 16 420 грн. 08 коп. (Шістнадцять тисяч чотириста двадцять грн. 08 коп.), без ПДВ.
