В зв'язку з вимогами Закону України "Про Державний бюджет України на 2021р." , та наказу Мінфіну України від 22.06.2012р. № 758 з 01.01.2021р. відбувалися зміни розрахункових рахунків бюджетних установ. У зв'язку з цим є необхідність у продовженні строку для укладання з ККП ММР "Маріупольтепломережа", згідно з п. 6 ст. 33 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" строк укладання договору може бути продовжений до 60 днів.
