Постачальник передає Споживачу на умовах цього Договору замовлений Споживачем обсяг ( об’єм) природного газу у період з січня 2023 по 30 квітня 2023 року ( включно), в кількості 865,00 тис. куб. метрів в тому числі по місяцях : Січень 2023 - 139,4013,1 тис. куб. м; лютий 2023 - 313,984,95 тис. куб. м., березень 2023 року 241,81734 тис. м. куб , квітень 2023 - 169,79640 тис. куб м. ВСЬОГО 865,00 тис.куб.м. ;3. Викласти пункт 13.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «13.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє в частині поставки газу до «30» квітня 2023 р. (включно), а в частині розрахунків – до повного їх виконання. Продовження або припинення Договору можливе за взаємною згодою Сторін шляхом підписання додаткової угоди до Договору.
