Керуючись пунктами 10.3., 15.5. Договору, з урахуванням Рішення ЗАМОВНИКА від 30 жовтня 2025 року № 267, Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1) Розділ 3 Договору доповнити пунктом 3.12.;
2) Пункт 3.5. Договору після останнього абзацу доповнити новим абзацом.
Підстава "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" обрана у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави, яка відповідала би предмету додаткової угоди.
