В зв’язку з перенесенням дати монтажу ангіографічної системи, відповідно до абзацу п’ятого п.3.2, абзацу третього п.5.1. та п.10.6. Договору Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.5.1. Договору та
викласти його в новій редакції: «5.1. Строк виконання робіт зазначений у календарному плані, який є невід’ємною частиною Договору. Термін виконання робіт по договору: з моменту підписання Договору до 31.12.2022р. При виникненні обставин, які не залежать від Підрядника і перешкоджають виконанню робіт, строк закінчення робіт по договору може відкладатися на відповідний термін».

В зв’язку з перенесенням дати монтажу ангіографічної системи сторони домовились продовжити строк дії договору та строк виконання робіт до 30.06.2023р. В результаті внесено зміни в п. 3.1., 5.1. та п.10.1. Договору. Додаток №3 - Календарний план виконання робіт та Додаток №4 - План фінансування викладені в новій редакції додаються.
Керуючись п.3 ст.631 ЦК України Сторони домовились, що дія цієї додаткової угоди розповсюджується на відносини, що склалися з 31.03.2023 року.
