Керуючи частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Загальна сума договору з 2018 рік становить 1057647,64 грн.
