У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі відповідно до пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовилися змінити обсяг закупівлі та зменшити вартість послуг на 400000,00 грн. ( Чотириста тисяч грн.. 00 коп.) та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 3208695,00 грн. (Три мільйона двісті вісім тисяч шістсот дев’яносто п’ять грн. 00 коп.) Без ПДВ.»
