Зміна річного плану обсягів постачаня природного газу -33475 куб.м. Зміна помісячного плану обсягів постачання , а саме: лютий -6139 куб.м., березень - 5327 куб.м., квітень - 1365 куб.м., жовтень -5000 куб.м., листопад - 7000 куб.м., грудень 8644 куб.м. Ціна газу становить 8248,375 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 1649,675 грн., всього з ПДВ 9898,05 грн. Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 319993,34 грн., (триста девятнадцять тисяч девятсот девяносто три грн. 34 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 53332,22 грн. Сума зменшення складає 1,89 грн.

Ціна газу становить 9950,025 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 1990,005 грн., всього з ПДВ 11940,03 грн. Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 319993,34 грн., (триста девятнадцять тисяч девятсот девяносто три грн. 34 коп.) у т.ч. Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу - 12831 куб.м, планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях , лютий- 6139, березень - 5327, квітень - 1365. Загальна сума виконання Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленного Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 115658,00грн ( сто п'ятнадцять тисяч шістсот п'ятдесят вісім грн. 00коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ - 19276,33грн. сума зменьшення складає 286,54 грн. Бюджетні зобов'язання за Договором виникають між сторонами у наявності та в межах відповідних кошторисних призначень на 2021 рік і на момент укладання Угоди складають 115658,00 грн. (сто п'ятнадцять тисяч шістсот п'ятдесят вісім грню 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ - 19276,33 грн. Сума зменьшення складає 286,54 грн. Під час дії даного договору бюджетні зобов'язання можуть змінюватись відповідно до кошторисних призначень т а регламентуватися шляхом укладання додаткових угод, але в будь-якому випадку бюджетні зобов'язання не можуть перевищувати суму договору.
