Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього Договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, в зв’язку із чим внесено зміни і доповнення до Договору
