Внести зміни в пункт 5.1. Генерального договору № 1 від 19.06.2019 р. «Реконструкція дороги по вул. Львівська від перехрестя з вул. Мазепи до буд.239 в м. Яворів
Львівської області» Коригування та викласти його в наступній редакції: «5.1. Строк (термін) виконання робіт - згідно графіку виконання робіт або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань.
Договором встановлюються такі строки початку і завершення робіт:
Початок робіт: не пізніше 30 календарних днів з моменту підписання цього Договору;
Завершення робіт: не пізніше 31 грудня 2022 року або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань.».
Внести зміни в пункт 12.1. Генерального договору № 1 від 19.06.2019 р. «Реконструкція дороги по вул. Львівська від перехрестя з вул. Мазепи до буд.239 в м. Яворів
Львівської області» Коригування та викласти його в наступній редакції: «12.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами, скріплення печатками та діє до 31 грудня 2022 р., або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань».
Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни в п. 15 Генерального договору № 1 від 19.06.2019 р. на виконання робіт по об’єкту: «Реконструкція дороги по вул. Львівська від перехрестя з вул. Мазепи до буд.239 в м. Яворів Львівської області» Коригування та викласти реквізити Замовника в новій редакції.
