Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт 5.4 розділу 5 "Ціна,порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії до договору постачання електричної енергії споживачу в наступній редакції: "5.4. Сторони домовились, що ціна електричної енергії, розрахована відповідно до пункту 5.1 цього розділу, є обов'язковою для Сторін з дати набрання нею чинності. Визначена на її основі вартість електричної енергії буде застосовуватись Сторонами при складанні актів приймання-передачі електричної енергії та розрахунках за товар згідно з умовами Договору. Загальна вартість Договору становить 185354 грн. 40 коп. ( сто вісімдесят п’ять тисяч триста п’ятдесят чотири гривні 40 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 30892 грн. 40 коп. (тридцять тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто дві грн. 40 копійок) і є орієнтовною. У тому числі: - За рахунок кошторисних призначень 137833 грн. 82 коп. (сто тридцять сім тисяч вісімсот тридцять три грн. 82 коп.), враховуючи ПДВ - 22972 грн. 30 коп. (двадцять дві тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят дві грн. 30 коп.) - За рахунок відшкодованих коштів 47520 грн. 58 коп. (сорок сім тисяч п’ятсот двадцять грн. 58 коп.), враховуючи ПДВ – 7920 грн. 10 коп. (сім тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять грн. 10 коп.)
